On Saturday our featured teacher was Therese Chynoweth, an accomplished pattern designer based here in Vermont and most recently the technical editor for Dale of Norway. She taught Norwegian Sweater Construction (also known as Cutting Without Fear).

Sunday included a session with Melissa Johnson on Choosing Colors in Knitting. Melissa is our resident dyer and the designer of many of the Spinnery's best-loved patterns, including the Stained Glass Sweater. We got to play with all sorts of Spinnery Yarns and even did a little work at the mill.
