Circumference: 21 1/2 inches
This size fits most people. For a smaller hat, go down a needle size; for a larger hat, go up a needle size.
GAUGE
18 sts/4 inches (10 cm)
For accuracy check gauge over at least 3 inches and adjust needle size for correct gauge if necessary.
MATERIALS
Yarn: Mountain Mohair, 2 contrasting skeins, or Mountain Mohair, 1 skein, with Spinnery Handpaint, 1 skein. With just a bit of yarn left over from another project, there will be enough yarn for 2 hats.
Needles: 16-inch circular size 7 and a set of double-pointed, or size required
to obtain gauge. A needle one size larger may be required to maintain gauge in charted section of hat.
