| All new customer must include their tax resale number with their first order. All first orders are prepaid . Orders will continue to be shipped prepaid or C.O.D. until the credit application is processed. Once credit has been established, all accounts will be Net 30 days. |
- Minimum Opening Order: Yarn and Patterns $300.00, Patterns only $100.00
- Minimum Re-order: Yarn and Patterns $125.00, Patterns only $35.00
- If ordering less than minimum: $5.00 charge for yarn, $3.00 charge for patterns
- Ordering less than full bags: $2.00 per broken bag
- Restocking fee: 5%
- 2% discount on bills paid with 10 days of shipment.
- A$25.00 handling charge is made for each returned check.

- If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, it can be returned for refund, exchange or credit.
