Process Smock – 339

Designed by Kate Salomon

For those who enjoy having multiple projects on the needles, this top-down raglan pullover may be a perfect slow-burn affair to be enjoyed gradually. The Slipped stitch garter fabric is a dream on the needles and due to its fine gauge, it may remain in progress for some time before this beauty is complete. Like its cardigan counterpart, this sweater may nudge you towards a pure love of knitting process.

Retweed Vest – 338

Designed by Kate Salomon

Our small Mill Shop concentrates our myriads of colors in such close proximity that it can dazzle first-time visitors. The re-tweed fabric can allow you to play with color in a similar way, use your selection to reflect a landscape, express a mood, or pull an outfit together. Personalize the vest with the size you select for a close fit that could be layered under a tailored jacket, or an oversized slip over that can be casually thrown over anything.

Marsha, Marsha, Marsha – 336

Designed by Maureen Clark

Many of us share a fond nostalgia for the quintessential colors of the 70’s kitchen. Do they suggest the kitchen of your childhood or the one that we tuned in to on the Brady Bunch where Alice and Carol could make us feel right at home? This retro pillow cover invokes the avocado appliances macrame wall hangings, and bell bottom jeans that bring many of us back to our youth. Select a color scheme that speaks to your ideas of comfort and style among the myriad choices of the Spinnery’s worsted weight yarns.

Designed by Maureen Clark

In cooler climates, pansies can bloom from early spring until the heat of summer arrives. In warmer climates, pansies can bloom from fall through winter and into early spring. This little cardigan can be a useful layer for your little ones in a similarly wide range of “growing zones” for much of the year thanks to the cozy comfort of our woolen spun yarns.

Scott’s Scarf – 331

Designed by Scott Matthews

Scott loves to knit complex cabled blankets, and as he was working with a particular cable pattern named angel’s wings this summer, he imagined wrapping that cozy comforting warmth around his neck in a more wearable form. He hopes that these angel’s wings guide you through the twists and turns of his cabled pattern as well as those in life ahead.
