Carded wool left over from the production of a range of Spinnery yarns is blended to create a unique tweedy color. Hay Bale skeins are a greenish gold of second mow grass with flecks of concentrated green and gold that mimic the weeds and flowers garnish Vermont meadows in August. This bulky weight yarn is ideal for sturdy sweaters and rugged outerwear.
