Amy, whose business is “Savory Knitting”, has designed many savory things for our cold Vermont winters. She designed these warm mittens knowing that our weekend weather can be unpredictable – we’ve had plenty of snow at both our October and March weekends. Amy came to Putney in the fall of 2012 to teach students how to design their perfect sweater, using lace or other stitch patterns.
